Aufbau bestehend aus:

A) BEHÄLTER
Behälter-Ø 1.800 mm

Wandstärke 6 mm

Zylindrischer Stahlbehälter mit gewölbten Böden und wasserdicht verschweißten Verstärkungsringen am Umfang in vakuum- und druckfester Ausführung für einen
Betriebsdruck von 0,5 bar.

GESAMT-LUFTVOLUMEN CA. 12.600 l

Behälterentleerung durch Kippung des Schlammbehälter oder Üeberdruck .
Der Behälter ist auf dem Hilfsrahmen hinten in zwei kräftigen Gelenklagern und vorn auf einem Stützsattel gelagert.


Die Schlammkammer mit außen verstärkter Entleerungsklappe hinten über den ganzen Behälterquerschnitt HYDRAULISCH nach oben öffnend, mit NACHSTELLBAREN SCHARNIEREN und hydraulischer SELBSTÄTIGER ABSENKSICHERUNG ZUR UNFALLVERHÜTUNG.

HYDRAULISCHE ZENTRALVERRIEGELUNG DER ENTLEERUNGS-KLAPPE durch einen wartungsfreien und selbsthemmenden Knaggenverschluß , einschließlich Hand-Steuerventil hinten im Sichtbereich der Entleerungsklappe.

Abdichtung zwischen Behältermantel und Entleerungsklappe durch eine speziell profilierte Gummidichtung.

SAUG- UND ENTLEERUNGSSTUTZEN DN 100 mit Absperr-PLATTENSCHIEBER an der tiefsten Stelle der Entleerungsklappe, sowie ein Kupplungsanschluß Perrot-V-Teil

Feste Wasserkammer von ca. 1500 ltr Vollumen
Auf dem Scheitel der Wasserkammer eine BEFÜLLEINRICHTUNG mit Entlüftungsbohrungen und FREIFLIEßSTRECKE,
entsprechend den Vorschriften zum Schutz des Trinkwassers. Befülleitung
für die Wasserkammer mit Festkupplung System Storz Gr. C einschließlich Blind-
verschluß und Absperrschieber vorn seitlich rechts am Behälter.

B) SAUG-DRUCKANLAGE
