ELKOMIX-135 Fully Automatic Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

ELKOMIX-135 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant can produce 1000m3 vibrated concrete in a shift. The capacity of this model is 120-135 m3/h vibrated concrete. It's equipped with 4x30 m3 Aggregate Inline Silo, Transfer Conveyor, Aggregate Bacth Silo, 3 m3 Elkon Twinshaft Mixer, cement, water and additive batcher. Also due to customer's demand, it can be equipped with automatic aggregate prefeeding system. All of the concrete production process can be easily monitored and controlled by special concrete production software. ELKOMIX-135 Fully Automatic Concrete Batching Plant is equipped with Siemens PLC and Operator Panel. It can be manufactured as winterized or as summer type.
