ELKOMIX 120 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

ELKOMIX -120 Concrete Batching Plant with Double Mixers has the capacity of 180-200 m3 / h vibrated concrete with two parallel-independent concrete production lines. The system is equipped with 1 unit 4x50 m3 aggregate inline silo, 2 units 3000/2000 l. Elkon Twinshaft and 2 sets cement, water and additive weight batchers. The aggregate loading is made by automatic aggregate prefeeding system and the transferring of the aggregate materials to mixers are made by two units transfer conveyor. In this system there are two aggregate weight conveyor ( T- type ). It makes it possible to reduce the weighing time twice. According to demand the system can be manufactured as winterized or as summer type.
